So what do these three have in common… they’re all cupcakes I made this morning. My webmaster graduated from the University of Utah with his master’s degree. Since he works so hard on getting my blog and website going I made him cupcakes. (OK, this is one of the ways I’m paying for his hard work). I have to say I was pleased with the way most of them turned out… still need to work on my fondant skills. I did make my own marshmallow fondant since it tastes better then store bought… plus it’s cheaper.
